Shipping Policy – Plaphoria

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Delivery Destinations and Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

You can use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow the progress of your delivery.

Please allow some time after dispatch for the courier's tracking system to update.

4. Delivery Delays

We always aim to have your order delivered within the estimated timeframe.

Occasionally, delays may occur because of:

5. Lost or Missing Packages

Before contacting us, we recommend:

  • Asking household members or neighbours whether they accepted the parcel

6. Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@plaphoria.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product

  • Photographs of the outer and inner packaging where possible

After reviewing your request, we may provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution, depending on the circumstances.

Please do not dispose of the damaged product or packaging until our support team has reviewed your request.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@plaphoria.com.

Include your order number and photographs of the items received where applicable, and our customer support team will assist you.

8. International Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Customs processing may also affect the estimated delivery timeframe.
